I have lost 16 lbs! I am so excited. I also joined the gym today. I know I can work out at home but.....there are way to many distractions here and have you ever tried to do yoga with a toddler? Well its not very relaxing in my opinion. I haven't gotten very serious about it yet but I'm on the verge I can tell. (I have a habit of getting crazy into things.) I will post some before and after pictures later. (Most likely when I am more pleased with my after. I know these sound like a no brainer but I am taking the "babysteps" approach this time.
My rules for this week
-No soda or juice/Only water, tea, or coffee
-Hit the gym 5 times
-No eating after 8 (I go to bed late)
